Tarantino's Jewish revenge masterpiece! Accoring to my spell check the movie 's title is incorrect, but to be honest this is just an amazing well acted, directed, and overall fun movie. The cast is filled with some great performances but not from who you would think. Yes, Brad Pitt is the main star and is funny and tough as Lt. Aldo Raine but the star of the movie and one of the best performances of the last decade goes to none other than Christoph Waltz as Hans Landa (aka the Jew Hunter). I will feel terrible if he does not win a lot of awards for his performance! The film is not all action, the dialogue is just perfect, the scenes just keep building up and the dialogue keeps the whole film going. Basterds is a real showing of how a movie can have a lot of action and dialogue and keep the watcher enthralled. I salute the Basterds and Mr. Tarantino for this great piece of cinema.
