#9 - The 40 Year Old Virgin (2005) Judd Apatow hit comedy gold by making Steve Carell a virgin. This movie was just a great comedy about a man who for reasons has never had sex, he is not a weirdo or never had a girlfriend he has just never had sex. Andy (Carell) works at a Radio Shack-like place and his co-workers learn about his virginity, hilarity ensues. The cast is amazing and many have now gone onto star in their own movies, it includes: Paul Rudd, Seth Rogen, Catherine Keener, Jayne Lynch, Elizabeth Banks, and small roles from Jonah Hill and Kat Dennings. The story also develops a nice relationship between Andy and his new girlfriend Trish (Keener). The best part is the riffing between the guys at the store, some of it is just classic lines, which make this movie easy to watch over and over again, you will get a new joke just about every time you see it. This movie was a huge hit and I a proud to say it was my #9 movie of the decade.
