Stand out movie of the month was The Town, directed and starring Ben Affleck. It was a really well done movie, and I would like to see it again. I was helped out this month by my uncle Dennis who came to hang out with me and we ended up seeing 5 movies in one day. Next month will be mostly horror movies.

The Town was really good, but I am confused how it's the movie of the month when you gave Close Encounters a better grade? Maybe it's the best film you saw for the first time?

Whoops, I can't read, I thought you gave The Town a B+, or I confused my grade with yours. Please disregard my last message.

I will sometimes just pick a movie that stands out, I mean if I watch Jaws every month that would get the stand out movie of the month based off grade but I try to freshen it up and highlight a movie that maybe I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. I believe the first month was a little known movie (Cashback) and last month was a movie which was a pleasant surprise (Pirate Radio).

I'm glad I left the room and opted for sleep when you and Brian started watching Cabin Fever 2.... that movie was never worthy of a sequel.

I look forward to watching some horror flicks with you this month!
